Domus Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a fantastic family-run care group who are dedicated to providing high quality care to their residents. My client has a number of homes across North England and they are requiring a Manager for their fantastic medium sized Nursing Home in Stockport. This home has fantastic standards in place and has been accredited with the Gold Standards Framework.

The Role

- You will be managing the day to day duties and administrative functions of this elderly nursing home
- You will influence first-hand the attainment of budgeted financial performance; maximising fee levels and exercising sound cost management across the Home
- Duties will include staff management including supervisions, appraisals and identify training needs
- Leading on the assessment of potential residents and ensuring the highest quality care is delivered and maintained
- Ensuring the home is compliant with all statutory and legal requirements and be the registered manager with CQC for the home.

The Person

- You must be an inspirational leader, with the ability to motivate, engage, and exercise leadership throughout the team with an open communication style
- For this role, you will need to be a Qualified Nurse (RGN) with previous Registered Manager experience, preferably within a home sized at around 50 beds
- Longevity in previous roles would be favourable with our client looking for a committed future manager
- You must be able to ensure the service and its resources are managed effectively, economically and efficiently
