My client are a high end residential developer who are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to be based on one of their stunning developments in Surrey.

As Sales Manager you will take the leading on the hiring of any new Sales Negotiators or Sales Coordinators that start within you region. You will provide feedback to the Sales Directors about the site, the pricing and how well the site is selling. In order to give yourself the best chance of meeting sales targets and selling as many properties as possible it is essential that you design the show homes and keep presentation standards high. You will also manage the marketing strategies to advertise the sales in the best possible light, the beauty of this role is you are still on the sales floor and very much involved in the liaison with customers and providing the best possible customer service. However in addition to this you will manage the daily runnings of the site and manage your own team. The development you will be based on is traditional new build houses - 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses ranging between £350,000 - £695,000 in the heart of Surrey.
