FLT Bendi (Flexi) Operators

Hours: 8am-4:30pm - Monday until Friday

Rate: £310.00/week (+overtime)

HEADS Recruitment is currently looking for FLT Bendi/Flexi Operators on behalf of our Client who is the world leading firm in providing distribution of products you can buy on the shopping TV chanells.

FLT Bendi/Flexi Operators

The Role

As a forklift truck operator, your main duties would include:

* performing other warehouse tasks like picking, packing and despatch
* moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
* stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following stock control instructions
* checking loads are secure
* stacking empty pallets
* performing daily equipment checks, for example recharging the truck's battery
* helping to load and unload trucks by hand where necessary

The Candidate

To be successful, you need to:

* have a previous experience in operating Bendi/Flexi truck
* have a valid license/certificate to operate FLT trucks (Bendi/Flexi)
* have a previous experience in picking, packing or despatch
* be punctual and reliable
* be able to organise and prioritise workload
* be computer literate
* have a good numeracy and literacy skills

Quality Control experience would be of advantage but is not essential.

Successful candidates will be invited to a local interview where they will be asked to present a valid FLT Bendi/Flexi certificate/license (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)
