Are you a NPI Engineer from a Manufacturing / Castings / Foundry background looking for specialist industry training and the opportunity to progression to Senior Engineer roles?

This company specialise in the design, development and manufacture of cast iron products for a variety of industries and are on track to reach their goal of becoming a leading name within their industry. With this role you will play an integral part within a close-knit NPI team. You will responsible for planning and coordinating the development of customers' new products. You will be the customers' main point of contact in regards to their New Product Introduction, reporting on progress to all relevant parties, and ensuring that the Bill of Materials and process controls are in place for all aspects of manufacture.

This role would suit a NPI Engineer from a Manufacturing / Castings / Foundry background looking for ongoing specialist training and progression to Senior Engineer roles within a growing company.

The Role:
* Ensure process controls & BOM are in place for all aspects of manufacture at NPI stage
* Improve efficiency and minimise waste in all departments
* To be the main point of contact for customers in regards NPI

The Person:
* NPI Engineer from a Manufacturing / Castings / Foundry background
* Looking for industry training and the opportunity to progress to senior roles.
