Are you looking for a varied, full-time position that offers stability?

We are recruiting for an Operative on a temporary to permanent basis for an established and stable company based in Gloucester who have a friendly working environment.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday - 40 hrs per week.

The role includes the process of hand casting into moulds to make components.

The working environment will involve dust, fumes and noise which is controlled by extraction equipment and the free issue of PPE.

* Practical with good dexterity
* Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise schedules
* Ability to work to timescales maintaining quality
* Self-motivated
* Organised, clean and tidy work practice
* Eye for quality and detail
* Honesty, reliability and punctuality
* Good work history

Pay rate: £7.50 - £8.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Pay rate will be reviewed after 12 weeks.
