Night Shift Production Manager

South Lincolnshire

£30,000 - £35,000

This is a great opportunity for a strong and passionate Production Shift Manager to join a growing, prosperous Food Manufacturing company with heavy investment in professional development through extensive training and coaching opportunities.

As Production Shift Manager, you will take full autonomy for the night shift operation with a tight focus on driving KPIs and maintaining the high standards set by the company. Coming from a production background, you will also be responsible for running the hygiene team which previous experience in this will be highly advantageous.

Requirements

* Over 5 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing industry.
* Production & Hygiene Management experience.
* An engaging and motivational management style.
* Experience in a role with full autonomy, ideally looking after teams of over 50 people.
* Experience in successfully implementing Continuous Improvement techniques.
