A Software Engineer is required for a company who design and manufacture service systems and components. The role is for an experienced systems engineer who has worked ideally on safety critical applications.

Salary: £ 35,000 - £ 45,000 p.a. + benefits

The Role

The ideal candidate will have experience of coding in within a high integrity environment, ideally using C++ and C.

Key responsibilities:
Development of detailed test specifications.
Requirements Analysis.
Experience of full software development cycle.
Experience of software architectural design and integrating hardware and software.
Support performance of qualification testing including development of test tools.
Generating necessary documentation
Background in software for support of safety critical applications.

The Person

Degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience.
Experience in system definition, requirements capture, system design and analysis.
Good team working ethics and the ability to work in multi-project environment to commercial timescales

Price / Salary: £35000 - £45000/annum
