The Remuneration:
Our client is offering an excellent basic salary of up to 22-23K plus bonus structure and benefits package. Working shifts are 7.00-5.00, 7.30 5.30 and 8.00-6.00

The Recruitment Opportunity:
They now seek a professional, tenacious and motivated Recruitment Consultant who is sales focused to join their success branch in Exeter. Candidates will ideally have a recruitment background with exposure in the Education sector although our client will consider those from other recruitment sectors. They offer not only a good salary and bonus structure but also excellent career development opportunities.


The Person Spec:
Ideally you will be an experienced education recruitment consultant and it is essential that you come from a fast moving temp recruitment desk with a strong billing track record
Be able to demonstrate you have been successful in building a desk
You will be able to provide examples of exceptional service delivery to both clients and candidates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Stable employment record
Confident, outgoing and motivated by money and success!
Have your own transport and a full UK driving licence
