Do you have experience of grinding, milling and turning? Are you looking to develop in your career up the ladder and receive market leading training along the way?

The rapidly growing company have been established for over 50 years, specialising in the manufacturing of electromechanical machinery for a wide range of clients. The company who are expanding through the UK also have sites in Asia and are looking to grow further into the USA.

You will be given specialist training in the role whilst using your current skills on power presses, repairing and servicing tools, grinding and bench fitting. This role comes with a clear progression structure to work your way up in the company.

The ideal candidate will have toolmaking experience in a manufacturing environment and will be looking to further their skillset through training and progression, whilst working for a rapidly expanding company.

The Role:

*Toolmaker
*Preventative maintenance / power presses / grinding / bench fitting
*Ensuring high levels of quality in tools and processes
*Working to safe procedures
*2 shift pattern - 6AM - 2PM / 2PM - 10PM

The Person:

*Experience of grinding, milling and turning
*An eye for detail and quality
*Keen to undergo training and development
*A good team player and communicator
