I am currently recruiting for a Complaints Handler on a permanent basis. If you have experience dealing with a high volume of calls daily, avoiding conflict, managing various delicate situations and different personalities please get in touch.

This position will be sitting within the repairs and maintenance team, handling all complaints from tenants and local authorities regarding any work that has been carried out on their properties. You will manage the situation in a calm and mature manor, avoid conflict and try and resolve the complaint before having to take it to the next stage

Price / Salary: £20000 - £22000/annum
