Site Manager - New Build - Glasgow - £40,000 to £50,000 + Car + Bonus

Your new company
The UKs leading builder of retirement villages have two vacancies for Site Manager for two new sites in the South of Glasgow. The company has built a reputation for delivering high quality Housing across the UK for the past 50 years and has picked up a range of awards for their bespoke sites.

Your new role
You will be stationed on a single site in the South of Glasgow and will be running it from day 1. Responsibilities will further include supervising all sub-contract labour as may be necessary and to co-ordinate the activities of all the trades and disciplines involved on site so that all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme, quality and cost standards required by the Company.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous New Build housing experience but the company are open to people from a variety of backgrounds. You will be involved in all stages of the construction process right through to handover so previous experience in this will be advantageous. You must have a valid SMSTS and CSCS card plus any extra qualifications will be a benefit.
