Business Analyst, Warrington £35,000-£45,000
This is a huge opportunity to work for a successful Warrington based financial services company.
The company have doubled in size over the last 2 years.
Now looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support with the growth of the company.
The Business Analyst will
* Work on multiple projects ranging in budget, scale and type.
* Actively contribute to building solutions, not just gathering requirements. Innovate and challenge.
* Full business analysis role, inception to embedding into business and realisation of benefits.
* Working closely with business teams, project managers, operations, senior management & technical teams (internal predominantly) and the business stakeholders to deliver huge change at pace.
* Help to create and develop a team and to drive business change.
We are looking for

* Ideas the team are open to news ways, new methods and processes, innovation.
* Business Analysis experience inc requirements gathering, solution design, documentation and functional specifications, supporting the realisation of benefits, embedding change into the business operations.
* Practical experience of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Waterfall, Prince2 methodologies
* Confident juggling multiple priorities.
* Documentation and time management skills
