The Role

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you'll help develop and deliver a bespoke Human Resources plan to support the brand new facility. Your role will be approximately 50% employee relations work, 25% coaching/training for line managers and 25% line management of employees.

You

To succeed in this role you'll need to have experience of a similar HR role, be of graduate calibre and have previous experience in employee relations along with experience in case management. Please note that whilst it is officially an Advisor role it is a Business Partner level within this business.
