Mainline Employment are looking for the right candidate to work as a production operative, for our client located in West Swindon.

The ideal candidate will have:

* the ability to learn new assembly jobs, quickly.
* good manual dexterity to handle small components
* an enthusiastic and flexible approach to deal with varying tasks
* high personal standards and team player skills
* high attention to detail
* excellent communication skills
* Forklift (Counterbalance) license - (in house licences accepted)
* Full UK Driving licence

The role will involve, but is not limited to:

* assembling automotive parts
* working using pick sheets
* Goods in/out
* General warehouse duties
* some lifting may be required (up to 15kg)
* inspection and rework of parts
* ensuring assembly and production priorities are achieved at all times

**Hours:** 7.00 - 16.00 (Mon - Fri + possible Sat overtime) with one hour unpaid lunch and breaks - Overtime to be worked as and when required.

**Pay:** **temp -** £15,600 / **Perm** £16,500- 17,000 (£16,500 if no forklift licence) per annum

**Holiday:** 2 x weeks summer shutdown; 1 x week Xmas shutdown; 1 x extra week = 4 weeks hols + bank holidays).
