An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Motor Vehicle Technician to join a leading vehicle repair and maintenance garage based in Chester. In return, we offer a competitive salary depending on experience, 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and overtime paid weekly.

We are a small family run business and offer private and light commercial vehicle repair and maintenance services to clients across Chester.

The Motor Vehicle Technician will be responsible for:

* Servicing all types of vehicles including clutches, brakes, air conditioning service, tyre fitting, exhausts and electrical diagnostics
* MOT repair work
* Communicating with customers

The successful Motor Vehicle Technician will:

* Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Have experience of servicing vehicles
* Have experience of MOT repair work
* Ideally be a MOT Tester however not essential
* Hold a full driving licence
* Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Have an electrical background ideally but not essential

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:3018:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:30. The successful applicant will have one Saturday off a month.
