We are currently recruiting for an exciting new role as a Customer Service / booking agent in South Marston, Swindon.

The role will be starting 2nd January and telephone interviews will be taking place asap. This is initially a 5 week temp role.

The ideal customer service / booking agent will be:

* Confident on the telephone
* Have good communication skills
* Happy helping / communicating with customers questions

Responsibilities for the customer service / booking agent will include:

* Taking inbound calls from customers and delivery drivers
* Updating customers on delivery
* Booking deliveries in to the internal delivery teams diaries
* Updating internal records accordingly
* Dealing and passing on customer enquires

Previous telephone based experience is not essential, the ability to communicate well and previous customer service experience is desired.

Hourly rate: £7.60 per hour.

Working hours: Monday Friday 9am 6pm
