Est. in 1955 and working with the largest provider of powered medical products. We manufacture medical tools for cutting bone (blades)/small aircraft parts & tools we specialise in precision engineering working to the smallest of measurements.

**We required 2 x Deburrer (Permanent)**

**1 DAY SHIFT**

**1 TWILIGHT SHIFT (30% SHIFT PREMIUM)**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deburr, finish and polish machined components using various hand held powered tools and finishing materials
* Bring machined components up to a standard / specification to meet customer requirements.
* To ensure products are finished satisfactorily and in line with customer deadlines.
* Using scraper, Dremel, wet and dry paper and polishing material, remove witness of machining marks and finely polish all surfaces to customer specification
* Use bead blasting equipment to finish some parts.
* Experience using hand tools
* Knowledge of different materials
* Ensure tooling/ machinery is kept in good condition
* Work within relative safety regulations
* Keep a safe working environment

**Skills and Experience required:**

* Previous knowledge of deburring machined parts
* Material knowledge
* Safe and efficient approach to work
* Able to work to relevant H&S standards
* Some honing and/or lapping experience (desirable not essential).

**HOURS OF WORK**

MONDAY TO THURSDAY 8.00AM TO 5.00PM LUNCH BREAK 12.30PM TO 1.00PM

FRIDAY 8.00AM TO 1PM
