Hello, we would like to rent a 3 bed flat or house within the South Morningside Primary School catchment area from the beginning of April 2018. We are a trustworthy, considerate, professional couple relocating from Croydon and have two young children. We are non-smokers, have no pets and are looking to rent for 6-12 months while we search for a home to buy. Ideally we're looking for non-furnished but will also consider furnished.
