**We are looking to** recruit a Support Worker to assist a female with complex health needs to remain independent within her home.

**The** **role is** to support the client with complex health needs in her own home. You will be required to undertake duties such as assisting with Personal Care, Meds Admin, Moving & Handling, Tracheostomy Care, Catheter Suction, Oxygen Therapy, Ventilation Care, Gastrostomy Care, Meds Via Gastrostomy and attending appointments. The post may also require you to accompany the client on holiday if requested.

**They are looking for:** Applicants must have previous experience within the care industry and experience in providing support for someone with complex health needs.

**Times and Days required:** 28 hours per week with a need to be flexible to meet the needs of the client. Rota to be discussed at interview

Applicants must be flexible to meet the needs of the client. Some times and days may vary. Applicants will need to be available to cover other workers etc.

**Rate of Pay:** Support Workers: Mon Fri - 08.00 22.00 - £11.00, Mon Fri - 22.00 08.00 - £12.00, Sat & Sun 08.00 22.00 - £13.00, Sat & Sun 22.00 08.00 - £14.00

All applicants will receive full training to meet the needs of the client. An enhanced disclosure is required (expense to be met by employer)
