Key responsibilities are:

* Grow and develop existing relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Manage our workforce availability to suit the clients needs on a daily / weekly basis.
* Ensure our workers adhere to all legislation within the industry.
* Be able to recruit and select candidates of a high quality.
* Offer excellent service to all of our clients at all times.
* Deliver results to weekly / monthly targets.

To be successful in this role you will need:

* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan ahead and organise your workload.
* Be able to communicate at all levels, building good working relationships with both internal and external parties.
* The ability to operate under pressure and be self-motivated.
* Sales / Business development experience OR a real desire to undertake training in this area.
* A record of success / achievements within your work history.
