Our client in South Bristol are looking for energetic, positive and dynamic customer service professionals to join their fantastic Customer Service team.

This is a demanding and fast-paced role where you will receive the appropriate training and development to be able to deal with customer queries effectively and efficiently.

You will be expected to deliver an exceptional customer experience as part of a team that works together to meet demanding service and quality standards.

Candidate Specification:

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals who are keen to provide outstanding customer service, have good attention to detail and want to ensure that the company maintains an excellent reputation.

Ideally we are looking for candidates who:

* Have previous experience delivering excellent customer service
* Hold strong Communication skills
* Have the ability to work as a part of a team positive outlook and high energy!
* Are PC Literate including outlook and office
* Show enthusiasm, commitment and dedication

You will be working with an experienced set of Line Managers and colleagues who will provide support as and when it is needed. Continued professional development is actively encouraged.

The starting salary for this permanent role is £15,600 - £18,000 + monthly bonuses (after 3 months service) and the working hours are 8.00am 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).

Start date is 8th January. Please note that no leave may be taken during the first four weeks as it would interrupt your initial training, which will be given in an academy setting.
