Benjamin UK provides quality therapeutic care and education for young people (12-18) with complex needs. We aim to provide a safe, positive and nurturing environment, understanding each young person as an individual.

To promote our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for dedicated Therapeutic Residential Care Workers with the skill and enthusiasm to change the lives of disadvantaged young people from a variety of backgrounds. We are recruiting for Therapeutic Residential Care Workers in the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire areas and also in Hampshire.

Therapeutic Residential Care Workers

Our Therapeutic Residential Care Workers provide a stimulating, caring environment, using our therapeutic programmes to assist the individual to live a full and meaningful life, developing their potential and preparing them for independent living. This includes working closely with the young person, their family and outside agencies.

We are looking for graduates in psychology, criminology and social work-related fields, as well as experienced care workers with, or working towards, Level 3 or equivalent. As an expanding company we offer the potential for swift promotion for the right people. The working pattern is typically five 24-hour shifts per fortnight, sleeping in overnight.
