The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working with our customers to deliver a service that we can be proud of.
The Customer Service Representatives duties will involve:
* Answering and resolving enquiries from new and existing customers over the phone or via email and ensure that a solution is found providing minimum impact on the customer
* Resolving customers queries the first time they are raised, liaising with other departments and industry participants to ensure a swift resolution
* Proactively reviewing customer accounts when they call, to identify and resolve any future problems before they arise. Recognise contact trends and give feedback to team leader
* Ensuring the data and customer information help within our systems is accurate
* Take ownership of complaints and follow procedures to ensure the complaint is resolved in a timely manner
The successful Customer Service Representative will have:
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs at C or above including Maths and English
* Strong attention to detail
* Good level of numeracy, accuracy and problem solving ability including the communication of problems to other members of the team
* Good computer literacy with experience of computer systems coupled with Microsoft Office
* Excellent Communication Skills, feeling comfortable and relaxed talking over the phone and face to face is key to the role
* Analytical & logical approach
* Ability to organise workload, multiple priorities and work on own initiative
* Good planning and organisational skills
* Flexibility with positivity
The starting salary is £17500 with the opportunity to progress to £25000 per annum.
The hours of work are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday, 9am- 4.30pm Friday applicants may be required to work additional hours where required.
