A huge kitchen that opens up into the garden with glass doors and beautiful landscaped garden thats going to be perfect for Summer gatherings. There is a huge bathroom with bath and walk in shower that will be shared with two other housemates.

Were looking to create a space that really feels like a home. With meals together, games nights inviting friends around and evenings relaxing watching films in the living room.

Less than 5 minutes walk to Tulse Hill station and a 20 minute walk to Brixton tube station. Bills will be approximately £75 per month, this includes electric, gas, council tax. Internet will depend on what everyone requires, but between 5 should be reasonable, it may also be a good idea to have a cleaner for the communal areas.

We will be moving in at the same time as you, so there won't be that weird 'newby' feeling, we will all be new to the house. A bit about us, we are cousins and best friends. We LOVE to spend time with friends from church, work and various other circles. We enjoy travelling and hope to be gallivanting on various trips in 2018 (if your up for it, then come along with us!) Leanne works in mental health for the NHS and Michelle works for a charity as an event planner. We are often found laughing at ridiculous things, cooking, watching films, having way too many snacks.

We are looking to share the house with people who will become real friends, not just housemates. So if your super chilled, friendly, open, tidy and up for making this house a real home then do get in touch! We will be looking to have have friends over often for brunch, dinner parties, movie nights, Sunday roasts etc and would love for you to invite other friends along as well and get involved. You don't have to be a huge socialite but would be nice to spend time together. We also enjoy being on our own some of the time so a nice balance would be great.
