To achieve sales targets set within a given territory selling to existing customers and developing new business accounts through direct telephone selling.
To sell the full range of the companys products available to the territory; promote the companys products to existing customers, expanding products currently in use, and opening new accounts.
To retain network and grow existing business, as well as take an active role in generating new.
**Key Accountabilities:**
To achieve all sales targets
Improve and grow sales
Meet the required daily activity whilst ensuring that calls are of good quality and professionally conducted
Achieve 60 outbound calls per day and 120 minutes of call duration.
Open a minimum of 36 new accounts annually (3 per month)
Ensure a minimum of 60 new business contacts are completed weekly
Ensure all customers within the territory are contacted as a minimum every 3 months
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers

Looking for someone with minimum 2 years telesales or account management experience in a business to business sales environment, including; cold calling, opening accounts and cross-selling.
