**The role requires you to:**
* Identifying and selecting the appropriate trades to assist sequence of events for each project.
* Preparing labour plans.
* Writing method statements, Risk assessments and incorporating graphics.
* Drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work through visual aids.
* Scheduling labour, equipment, temporary works, design information requirements and procurement for each project.
* Monitoring progress throughout the construction/project process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.
* Reporting findings, and recommending solutions to recover delays.
* Liaising with the teams throughout the process, making adjustments to project plans as necessary.
* Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems of working.
**Key Responsibilities **
* Attend project start-up meetings as part of the team
* Prepare and maintain detailed working schedules
* Make presentations to Senior Management & Clients as required.
* Monitor hours and costs to determine trends and to assist in forecasting.
* Ensure the maintenance of all essential documentation.
* schedule and coordinates resources and tasks to complete projects on approved budget with aid of Senior Estimator.
* Participates in the development of schedules for projects.
* Coordinate projects with all affected parties to ensure projects are completed on schedule and health and safety requirements are maintained.
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications **
* Competent use of industry software including Microsoft packages
* Active experience of working with a wide range of planning techniques in contract delivery.
* Extensive experience of labour allocation planning
* A clear understanding of the Commercial and Operational interfaces within the planning function
Price / Salary: £20,000.00 - £22,000.00 per annum
