**Mainline Employment are looking for 2 x Midday Supervisory Assistants to work for our client located in the SN2 area of Swindon. **

**The role will require you to:**

* supervise pupil behaviour during the lunch break, in the playground, dinner hall or other areas of the school as required.
* be responsible for the pupils care as necessary, depending on Key Stage e.g providing comfort, dealing with accidents etc.
* be responsible for the supervision of pupil health and safety
* assist in clearance of any spillages and in clearing tables, wiping them down and resetting according to meals.
* assist in the setting up and removing of furniture, for lunch time
* ensure that the halls are of an acceptable standard of Health and Safety and cleanliness by the end of the lunch break.
* report all accidents, ensuring that the procedure for recording accidents in the accident book, is followed
* report and Health and Safety issues that may arise, e.g broken furniture, etc.
* adhere to the MDSA School Policy and Playtime Policy at all times.

**The ideal candidate will:**

* effectively communicate with persons of all ages (children and adults)
* have an open an friendly rapport
* be reliable and trustworthy
* have excellent communication skills
* have an understanding and be competent in, the use of good food hygiene and general hygiene practices

**Applicant will need to hold an in-date CRB check.**

**Hours:** Mon to Thurs - 12.10 - 13.10

**Pay:** £7.83 per hour
