**ROLE PURPOSE** - To undertake administration functions at request of the Office Manager. To fulfil functions of deputy in their absence and any other reasonable functions as requested by the Office Manager.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Reception duties including answering the telephone, recording messages, mail receipt and distribution etc.
* General office duties as and when required
* Stationary ordering
* Invoicing entry into Sage Accounting System, matching of statements to invoices
* Administration of Contract Daily Reports
* Assisting the Contracts Manager/Purchasing Manager with any ad-hoc duties, such as filling, updating training records and any other tasks on a needs arising basis.
* Monthly Premises Inspection and administration of periodic inspection and test
* Being a PA to Office Manager
**SKILLS**
* Good record keeping and control
* Able to handle telephone enquiries customer, suppliers and site
* IT Skills MS Outlook, Excel and Word
* Sage Accounting System (Desirable)
* NVQ Business Administration (or equivalent) is desirable
Monday to Friday role
0900-1700
One hour lunch break
