The salary for this role is competitive and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm. The office is based in Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

* Produce a wide range of insightful statistics to support relevant departments across the business (for example, Sales, Marketing, Operations etc.)
* Provide proactive insight to reports and analysis produced. Reporting these to the board and senior management to assist with increasing productivity, conversion and turnover
* Work with senior management team and business to generate insights into the effectiveness of activity and how it can be improved
* Produce a variety of reports and dashboards to share your insights across the business.
* Develop data driven tools to support departments across the business, including; sales, marketing, customer satisfaction.
* Produce data to assist in the evaluation and costing of new products using business data
* Review existing reporting to improve accuracy and value
* Produce performance information for inclusion in Board packs
* Prepare Departmental and Team dashboards
* Lead and manage a junior analyst.
* Recruit new team members as the business grows.
* Create, analyse and develop monthly performance information to inform leaders and managers across the Business
* Understand how data is derived to ensure veracity of all information

Skills and experience

Experience in a similar role is essential.

Management experience preferred but not essential.

Advanced excel knowledge.

Price / Salary: Up to 40,000 depending on experience
