Job Description

An exciting position is now available - you may be interested in plant extracts for cosmetic ingredients company opening a facility in Edinburgh, Scotland. The position will be involved with diversified customers and a lot of interconnection with the HQ which is in South Korea. As we value communication between the sister companies highly; we require someone with great quality to do so in between the opening facility and the HQ in Korea.

We are looking for someone who will:

* Maximise the companys tech startup, accelerating process which is focused on immersive start-up and innovation.
* Strengthen and lead relationships with investors, advisories, advocacies and any relevant organizations for the company
* Exchange and share the South Korean parent companys resource to ensure different pipelines of opportunities as a source of new ideas, human resource, technology, IP, and companies:
* Prepare reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management by collecting and analyzing data
* Analyze of sales figures, preparations for proposals for marketing and promotional activities
* Undertake market research;
* Work closely with pool of mentors to ensure the greatest level of support

General Skills and Requirement: ?

* A degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other Bio-science with practical lab skills or science related subject
* Experience in Management role for more than 5 years
* Ability to oversee the operation
* Communication and social skills
* Team worker with responsibility
* Great experience and knowledge in the QC analysis for plant extracts
* Skill in computer programs (Microsoft Office, facility-specified programs)
* Bold leadership to manage a team
* Quality of an entrepreneur
