The Technical Services Project Manager will be responsible for primarily managing technical hardware and software installation projects. This will involve:

* Attending customer meetings with Account Managers to scope out project requirements
* Creating and managing project plans and documentation to present to customers and communicating project requirements to all stakeholders
* Liaising with customers to manage their expectations, and relaying the requirements to internal departments to ensure consistency throughout all areas of the projects and across all departments

The successful Technical Services Project Manager will have:

* Proven experience in project management; youll have taken the theory (and have the certificate) of an Agile (SCRUM/KANBAN) environment or similar and used it in real life!
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Creative approach to problem solving
* A flexible working attitude with the ability to work on own initiative
* Self-motivated to enable projects to be pushed through to completion
* Great Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of EPOS systems and Payment devices is desirable
