**Customer service agent**
Mainline Employment are currently recruiting for a number of customer account executives to handle both inbound and outbound calls from customer. The main purpose of the role will be to identify the customers needs and direct them to the most suitable external partner.
**Responsibilities;**
* To upkeep a high standard of listening skills to be able to understand the customers needs and the best solution for them.
* Provide excellent customer service throughout each call you handle, giving each and every customer the best experience possible.
* Liaising with different departments throughout the company and updating each department with the most recent and relevant product.
* To continue the development of own personal knowledge on the product.
* Must be able to look at the potential future needs of the customer.
**Person profile;**
* Must be able to input data correctly and accurately.
* A positive can do attitude and excellent customer service skills and experience.
* High levels of professionalism and the ability to speak professionally to a wide range of people both professional individuals and the general public.
* MS office knowledge and understanding
* Must be educated to a GCSE standard including Maths and English.
**Hours;**
* Monday to Friday 9am -7pm
* Saturdays - 9am-2pm.
Weekend working will be on a rota basis.
**Salary;**
The role will be 12 week temporary on £8 per hour and once permanent the salary will be £18,000 per annum
Price / Salary: £8 per hour with the chance to go perm at £18,000 per annum
