CODE Student Accommodation and Leicester Lettings are looking to recruit highly motivated Sales & Customer Service Executives to work as part of a skilled team across our extensive property portfolio with positions available in the centre of Leicester and Coventry. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £17-22K per annum depending on experience plus benefits to include a free on-site gym including free fitness classes, free parking and a subsidised onsite Café.

The Sales & Customer Service Executive will be responsible for:

* Providing impeccable service to current and potential customers
* Actively contributing to a busy vibrant office environment
* Contacting the database of customers to generate sales
* Conscientiously following up all outstanding matters to a positive conclusion

The successful Sales & Customer Service Executive will:

* Already be working in a busy customer facing environment, either in a sales, lettings or customer service role
* Possess GCSE (Grade C or above) in English and Mathematics or be educated to degree level
* Have a real passion for working in the student accommodation sector
* Be presentable and outgoing with an excellent telephone manner and a natural ability to build rapport
* Have a methodical and tenacious approach
* Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Be a confident and engaging team player with proven sales skills and great attention to detail
* Have a passion to make sure all customers receive fantastic service
* Be energetic and resourceful

The hours of work are 40 hours a week varied between Monday to Saturday 8am 7pm.
