The Siamo Group are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to manage a small team within a Lincoln based forward thinking organisation.

The role will involve:

* Producing budgets
* Working with various stakeholders
* Company Forecasting
* Cash Flow Forecasts
* Ad Hoc Commercial Analysis
* Month end and year end reporting
* Working closely with the leadership team
* Managing a small team

In order to be considered for this role, the following are essential:

* ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
* At least 2 years previous Management Accounting and Team Management experience
* Advanced Excel skills
* Reliable, dependable and strong interpersonal skills
