**About the pop up**

The pop-up shop will be aimed to generate awareness of our brand and enquiries that can be passed to our student adviser team, and helping to encourage user-generated content for social media.

**About the role**

Were looking to build a strong team of individuals to join us for a 2-week popup shop at the Bullring, Birmingham. Youll have a part to play in running our kiosk and engaging with customers to help them find out more about distance learning, and helping them find the right course for them. Youll have to get stuck in with all tasks it takes to run a pop-up store from set-up and operations to customer service, and even helping with social media.

This is a zero-hour contract, which will allow you to work as much as you want to earn. There will be multiple shift timeslots available everyday Monday Sunday. Shifts will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. All staff have the opportunity to take on a supervisor role, one per shift, if you can demonstrate sufficient capability and willingness to lead.
