We require a dynamic European Planning Controller to work at our Kettering site. Hours 09.00 17.30 Monday Friday

The main responsibilities of the European Planning Controller include:

* Responsible for effective and economic planning of European export freight
* Manage European export customer service operation
* Prepare all relevant documentation for European exports
* Pricing European customers jobs
* Resolve European export queries
* Track deliveries as requested
* Input jobs into TMS
* Online Job Entry
* Communicate demands of European
* Liaise with our partners and internal departments to provide high level of service

The essential qualities of the European Planning Controller include:

* Strong customer service skills
* Strong organisation skills
* Depth of knowledge of European planning and its services
* Good geographical knowledge of the UK and Europe
